Position Overview

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Manager – Digital Marketing to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that elevate our artists’ presence and drive their success across digital platforms. Collaborating closely with artists, their management teams, and internal departments, you will ensure that each campaign not only resonates with audiences but also aligns with iGroove’s mission and values.

 

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Strategic Campaign Development: Collaborate with artists, managers, and internal teams to create and implement robust digital marketing strategies that engage and expand our audience base.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and oversee innovative social media strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging.
  • Creator & Influencer Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with creators and influencers to amplify our artists’ reach and foster authentic connections with fans.
  • Content Strategy & Planning: Lead content planning initiatives, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality, engaging content that highlights our artists’ unique talents and stories.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Work with the insights team to conduct digital health checks, analyze audience and performance data, and generate actionable reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Audience Growth & CRM: Develop and execute strategies for database growth and customer relationship management, utilizing email marketing, community platforms, and messaging services to nurture fan engagement.
  • Paid Advertising Expertise: Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns using tools such as Facebook Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Creative Execution: Work closely with content producers, creative directors, videographers, photographers, editors, and designers to deliver compelling digital content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest digital and technological trends, exploring opportunities for integration with areas like AI, gaming, and fitness to keep our marketing strategies fresh and forward-thinking.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as a key representative of the iGroove digital marketing team, fostering strong relationships with artist managers and the broader music community as a trusted expert in digital marketing.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing and team management, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, Facebook) and proficiency with digital marketing tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Marketplace, etc.).
  • Campaign Management: Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and optimize social media campaigns and online advertising initiatives that drive engagement and growth.
  • Community Building: Strong track record of building, nurturing, and engaging fan communities through innovative digital strategies.
  • Creative & Analytical Skills: A creative thinker with the ability to manage an artist’s online presence confidently while leveraging data to inform and refine marketing initiatives.
  • Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies, with a practical approach to implementing new tools and strategies.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and lead others with respect and confidence.
  • Passion for Music: A genuine passion for the music industry, with a broad knowledge of various genres and a keen understanding of current industry dynamics.
